Exciting opportunity for a Temp Licensing Administrator within the Creative Arts

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end licensing process, including handling all license enquiries; liaising with potential clients and licensees as well as guiding licensee through the licensing process and negotiating license terms
  • Ensure contracts are delivered in a timely manner
  • Relationship management, maintaining and developing relationships with stakeholders
  • Providing professional customer service at all times
  • Liaising with the Finance team to raise invoices
  • Support in all other areas of administration

Requirements:

  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite
  • Proven experience of other administration roles
  • Confident with CRM systems desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer services skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in theatre desirable
  • A good eye for detail
  • A basic understanding of licensing terms is essential

This is a fully office-based role Monday-Friday for a duration of 8 weeks. An excellent opportunity for a highly organised, capable and adaptable individual looking to gain exposure within the Arts. You must be available immediately to be considered.
