We are seeking a Sales Associate to join a flagship boutique in Mayfair, representing a prestigious British heritage brand. If you have a passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a personalised shopping experience, exceeding customer expectations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and product knowledge.
• Engage with clients through follow-ups and exclusive events.
• Support stock management and smooth store operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Previous luxury retail or high-end customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ A passion for all things luxury, design, and craftsmanship.
✔ A proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
