Brilliant role for an entrepreneurial individual to manage multiple properties in Majorca. Fluent Spanish is a must and a thorough understanding of Spanish property/employment regulations is essential. There is a portfolio of beautiful properties to manage in Palma – those both ready for occupation and those under renovation. This family have exquisite taste and need someone who really understands working at the highest level. You will have a solid history of managing a portfolio of assets and be an adept people manager and financially astute. Ideally you will be based in Majorca or have plans to move as this role is based full time in Palma.
