Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic family office on a part-time and flexible basis. This role will be based in South West London in a lovely close knit office, requiring 2/3 days a week on-site. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Maintaining financial records and journals
  • Providing administrative and financial support to the wider business

Ideal candidate:

  • AAT qualified
  • Proven accounts management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles & payroll regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
