We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Flagship Manager to support the Flagship Store Manager in leading our prestigious Mayfair boutique. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a renowned luxury brand, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all areas.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales performance, achieving and exceeding targets.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee stock management and operational processes to maximise efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a flagship store.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
✔ A customer-first mindset with a passion for luxury retail.
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
