HR Advisor
Location: Mayfair, London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious and rapidly scaling luxury fashion brand to recruit an accomplished HR Advisor. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking company during an impressive phase of growth.
As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of HR across all aspects of the HR function. With a particular focus on recruitment and employee relations, this is a position suited to a proactive and confident individual who can work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to bring a hands-on approach and be capable of delivering without the need for handholding.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of HR experience and hold a minimum of CIPD Level 3 certification, though CIPD Level 5 would be highly desirable. You will also be comfortable with UK-wide travel as part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of HR to support recruitment and employee relations efforts.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters.
- UK-wide travel as required to support business needs.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with the business’ goals and growth strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD Level 3 essential, CIPD Level 5 preferred.
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to travel across the UK as required.
