Programme & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Programme and Operations Coordinator to join a small close-knit team in the charity sector on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role involves organising and delivering academic conferences, arranging speakers’ accommodation and general coordination, arranging committee and board meetings, taking minutes and issuing notes, weekly team meetings and all general admin. You will be in charge of coordinating and attending a handful of conferences throughout the year which are held in the Lake District and span over a few days (accommodation provided). The majority of the board meetings will be held on Zoom however few are in person in London, so flexibility to attend will be required.

We are looking for candidates with several years of administrative experience, including event planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, ready to hit the ground running. This is a fully remote, part-time position (four days a week, with Fridays being mandatory).
