Reception
We are searching for a brilliant candidate to join a fabulous and established company looking for a receptionist to join their team.
Working on reception you will be an integral part of the team. Ideally you will have a charming and lovely personality, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and you must be immaculately presented as you will be acting as the brand ambassador for this company. We are searching for candidates with good judgement and great interpersonal skills.
You must have previous experience working on front of house ideally within corporate or finance firms. We are looking for a strong candidate as there is potential for this role to expand and grow with more responsibilities.
Within this role you will have responsibility for the reception area and meeting rooms, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Answer phone calls
• Meeting & greeting clients
• Setting up meeting rooms
• Monitoring stock and stationery
• Collecting and submitting monthly expenses
• Booking couriers, organising post and liaising with building management
• Be a key member of the wider support team supporting where needed
• Arranging ad-hoc internal events

This role will be fully office-based Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
